Established in 2018, Rising Contractors delivers infrastructure works across Victoria — telecommunications, concreting works, asphalting, park upgrades and playgrounds. Our team brings over 15 years of combined industry experience to every job.
Since day one we have worked mostly as head contractor and as a subcontractor on civil projects — working closely with councils and industry partners to deliver every job on time and on budget.
Rising Contractors was established in 2018, with a team bringing over 15 years of combined industry experience. From the start we delivered telecommunications infrastructure work with Service Stream, operating as head contractor and as a subcontractor on civil projects.
We began delivering civil and concreting works for Wellington Shire Council — footpaths, kerbs and local infrastructure upgrades across the shire.
Our council work grew with new projects for Indigo Shire Council, while we continued civil and concreting works across regional Victoria.
Working with Fibreconx and QC, we expanded our infrastructure services — telecommunications and fibre works, asphalting, park upgrades and playgrounds across Victoria.
